Terms of Service
By creating an account and using ShutterSmart Pro, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
The service
ShutterSmart Pro provides software for UK shutter and blind installers to manage quotes, customers, suppliers and business pipeline. The service is provided on a monthly subscription basis.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over and based in the UK to use ShutterSmart Pro
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- One subscription covers one company. If you operate multiple businesses, each requires its own subscription
- You may add unlimited staff members to your account
Subscription and billing
- Your free trial lasts 7 days from the date of sign-up, no credit card required
- After the trial, a subscription costs £50 per month per company
- Billing is monthly, in advance, charged automatically via Stripe
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial months
Your data
All customer data, quotes and business records you create in ShutterSmart Pro belong to you. You can export your data at any time. We will never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ShutterSmart Pro to:
- Store or process data unrelated to your shutter and blind installation business
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or resell the software
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the security of the service
- Violate any applicable UK law
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify users in advance of scheduled maintenance. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
Changes to the service
We may update or change features of ShutterSmart Pro at any time. We will notify subscribers of any material changes by email. If pricing changes, you will receive at least 30 days notice.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
Limitation of liability
ShutterSmart Pro is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
